Join us on May 27th at 5pm for an in-depth look at ECLS/ECMO.
This course provides an introduction to extracorporeal life support (ECLS/ECMO) with an emphasis on prehospital management of cardiac arrest patients who may benefit from ECLS.
Topics include the basic physiology of Extracorporeal Life Support, patient identification and selection considerations, prehospital resuscitation priorities, and how EMS care integrates with ECLS-capable systems during refractory cardiac arrest.
The class is open to all EMS providers in the MLREMS Region
